4 ground sirloin burgers
1 jar Classico prepared pasta sauce
1 lg. red onion, sliced
4 ciabatta rolls

Directions:
While burgers are grilling, saute onions in olive oil until soft and translucent and heat pasta sauce in saucepan. In oven heat rolls wrapped in foil for 10-15 minutes. Place burgers on Ciabatta roll and top with onions and sauce. Mustard and dill pickle chips are good additions to the sandwich.
Note: This sandwich is named for former Santa Cruz County Sheriff Doug James.
