2 bananas, mashed 2 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. + buttermilk (+ 1 T.) 1/2 t. salt 1 3/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 1 t. baking soda 1 t. vanilla
Combine wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry to wet and mix well. Do not double the recipe. Pour mixture into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool 25 minutes before turning out loaf.
