1 round bread(sour dough or french)
500 gm cream cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach - squeezed dry
2 tsp dill weed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup fried bacon bits(optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1" slice off top loaf of bread, hollow out bread, leaving 1" shell. Brush bread wit melted butter or olive oil. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients, then scoop into bread shell. Bake at 325º-350º F for 1-1 1/2 hours(filling should be gooey). Serve with bread cubes from loaf, vegetable or crackers
