6 eggs
1 C flour
1 C milk
1/2 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In 9x13 pan melt 1/2 stick butter while preheating oven. When butter is melted, but not browned, remove from oven. In large bowl, mix eggs, milk ,sugar, vanilla, flour and salt. When well mixed pour over melted butter and bake for 20 minutes. Pancake will brown and puff up over edges of pan. Serve sprinkled with confectioner's sugar or syrup.
