finely chopped: 1 can Water Chestnuts, 1/2 Yellow Onion, 2 cups Mushrooms. Small pckg Rice Noodles,1 lb Ground Turkey, 6 tbsp liquid Stir Fry Sauce, splash of Soy Sauce, full size Lettuce Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil on stove on medium heat. While it is cooking, chop water chestnuts, mushrooms, onions. Cook ground turkey until almost done. Then Add vegetables and Stir Fry sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
When cooked thoroughly, place mixture in lettuce leaves. Put rice noodles on top.
