1 pkg. smoked sausage cut into bite size pcs.
1 lg can basil,garlic,oregano diced tomatoes
2 pcs. of red sweet peppers prejarred
1/2 lg. onion diced
1/4c. green olives sliced
2 servings of white rice;follow instructions on rice pkg.

Directions:
Directions:
Add everything in crockpot;mix well. cook on high for 3 hours. Turn on low. Cook white rice. Serve sausage over rice.
