Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 squares Bakers semi sweet chocolate, grated
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, salt & vanilla. Mix flour & baking powder together. Add flour mixture, milk and grated chocolate last of all. Fold in egg whites beaten stiffly. Put in a greased 9 X9 pan and bake at 325º oven for 30 min. Let cake cool.

Topping
2 tbsp butter, 2 egg yolks creamed together and add enough icing sugar to make a stiff icing. Spread over top of cooled cake. Melt 2 tbsp butter, 2 squares choc, mix together and spread over the icing mixture. Put into fridge until choc topping hardens, then cut into squares.
