small pkg of hamburger
1T cilantro
S & P to taste
1/2T of white cooking wine
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4c. finely chopped onion
1T parsley
1T green onion/chives
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1/4c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4c. milk
2T. veg oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix white wine, egg, and milk. Combine all other ingredients in separate bowl;keep bread crumbs aside. Combine egg mixture with hamburger mixture. Mix well. Add bread crumbs. Mix well. Add more if needed. Take a spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball. Brown in oil. Throw in crockpot on low until cooked through.
