1 envelope onion soup mix
2 pounds ground beef
1 sleeve saltines-crushed
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine ingredients in order. Place in a greased loaf pan. Spread extra ketchup over top and sprinkle with dried parsley. Bake 1 hour until done.
