3 skinless boneless chicken breast
S & P to taste
1 1/2c. honey mustard
4T. veg oil
3lg. portebello mushrooms
1/2 lg onion
1T. steak seasoning
3/4c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Poke holes in chicken. Combine 1c. honey mustard, S & P; marinate chicken for 1/2 hour in mixture. Clean mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Slice onions 1/4" thick. Brush mushrooms and onion slices with oil, S & P, and steak seasoning. Put chicken on the grill. 3-5 min prior to chicken being done, put mushrooms and onions on the grill. Plate chicken. Add cheese, mushrooms, and onion on top of chicken and drizzle the remainder honey mustard on top.
