1pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1T. seasoned meat tenderizer
2T. Italian dressing
1tsp. Italian seasoning
S & P to taste
1tsp. seasoned salt

Stuffing:
2c. chopped bread
2T. butter
3/4T celery seed
1/4c. chicken broth
1 1/2T. poultry seasoning
S & P to taste

Melt butter in a saucepan with onion. Then combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Add butter and onion mixture.

Directions:
Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness. Season both sides of chicken with seasoned meat tenderizer, salt, and pepper. Prepare stuffing by combining all ingredients together. Place stuffing in the middle of the chicken and roll chicken like a taco. Place scewers or toothpicks through chicken so it does not open. Pour Italian seasoning and dressing over the chicken.

Bake in a greased pan/nonstick pan
Bake covered for 30min at 350º
Then bake uncovered for 15 min at 375º
