1/4c. flour
2c. milk
1 stick butter
6 lg. sliced potatoes
1 lg. onion thinly sliced
3/4c. Monterrey jack cheese
S & P to taste
1c. cubed cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add onion. Mix milk and flour. Add to butter and onion mixture. Will thicken. Layer potatoes and ham with mixture.

Bake 350 covered for 1 hour and uncovered for 30minutes
