1/2c. Yellow Cornmeal
1/2c. Flour
1tsp. Baking Powder
1tsp. Salt
1/4c. Minced Onion
1tsp. Minced Garlic
2 Fresh Jalapeņo
2 Eggs Beaten
1/2c. Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Fryer. Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, onions, garlic, jalapeņos. Stir in eggs and milk. Fry a spoonful of batter at a time until golden browned. About 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt when taken out of fryer.
