1 1/4c almond meal
1 1/4c ground flaxseed
dash cayenne pepper
1 1/2T cinnamon
pinch sea salt
1 c dates
1/4c water
1t vanilla
.125 c. olive oil (1/8c or 2T)
.125 c. agave
1/4 c. raisins
1/4c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine almond meal through sea salt and set aside

In food processor, process dates, water, vanilla into paste. remove 1/2 paste and add to dry ingredients with oil and agave

Mix with hands until dough forms

Spread dough on parchment paper and flatten to 1/4" thick

Add raisins and cinnamon to remaining paste process until smooth

Spread on dough. top with raisins and nuts

Roll into a log. Chill in refrigerator and slice

Icing- almond butter, agave, vanilla, salt
