Blend all ingredients together on highest speed of blender. Pour onto prepared cookie sheet. Dry in oven on lowest heat. Peel and turn to dry bottom side. Roll up with plastic wrap on it. Stores several months in fridge.

Prepared cookie sheet: Line sheet with plastic wrap. Tape onto edges so plastic wrap does not lap over onto fruit. Tin foil or wax does NOT work.
