6 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
5 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Whip eggs until thick. Add milk, flour and salt. Heat butter in 9x13 dripper pan (a cookie sheet with taller sides works also). Pout batter into pan. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes. Top with jam, syrup or powdered sugar.
