2 c. flour
4 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
4 T. butter (room temperature)
1 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and cut in butter. Stir milk lightly into the mix with a wooden spoon until it forms moist dumpling dough. Drop by spoonfulls into gentle simmering soup. Cover to steam.
