2 lbs. hot sausage
5 8-oz. packages cream cheese
2 cans Rotel tomatoes

Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. While browning sausage, place the cream cheese in crock pot on high setting and let the cream cheese start to soften. Add sausage and the 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes and stir until mixed. You can reduce the setting of the crock pot to low.

Serve with tortilla chips. This recipe can be cut in half as well. I sometimes use 1 mild and 1 hot sausage in place of the 2 hot sausages.
