8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sour cream 1 bunch green onions 1 can chopped black olives (2.25 oz.) 1 can chopped green chiles (or jalapenos) (2.25 oz.) to taste - shredded cheddar cheese Aprox. 10 flour tortillas
Mix together all ingredients (except tortillas). Spread mixture evenly on each tortilla, roll tightly, and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Slice each roll into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices. Serve with salsa.
