Package Lasagna
1 pound browned hamburger or other meat (turkey)

Cheese Filling:
4-5 cups Ricotta Cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Italian grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese

Layer the casserole: First tomato sauce, lasagna noodles, cheese filling, noodles, browned hamburger or turkey, noodles, cheese filling, noodles, tomato sauce, and finally mozzarella cheese

The cinnamon gives this lasagna dish a nice twist! One of the best cooks I know in New Jersey shared this recipe when we lived in the piney woods of the Garden State.
