8 oz of cooked spaghetti noodles
1 tsp. of minced fresh ginger
1 big clove of minced garlic
1/3 cup of chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1/4 cup of hot water
1/2 cup of finely sliced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 8 oz of dry spaghetti, cool immediately in an ice bath and drain.. Blend the rest of the ingredient's in a separate bowl. Add to the cooked noodles. Toss and serve.

Sometimes I like to garnish with finely shredded carrots and red pepper. It adds nice color.
