2 cups peanut butter
2 T butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups Rice Krispies
16-oz pkg. white melting chocolate, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Blend peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar. Add cereal; mix well. Shape into balls by tsp. Set balls on wax paper; freeze for several hours or overnight. Melt chocolate. Dip balls into melted chocolate and return to wax paper until set.

Sarah really likes these PB balls, but without the candy coating. Sprinkle the candy coating with sprinkles or sugar crystals for an icy finish on the snowballs.
