1 tbsp. olive oil or chilie oil
2 boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
1/2 red bell pepper cut into matchsticks
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 handfuls of fresh bean sprouts
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped
low sodium soy sauce to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat oil in wok on high heat. Stir fry peppers, onions and garlic until slightly softened, add chicken and continue to fry until chicken is no longer pink add lemon juice, soy sauce and bean sprouts. Stir until bean sprouts are heated add cilantro and serve.
