2 skinned, boneless chicken breast
1/2 pound of fresh haricot vert (green beans)
1/2 cup of kalamata olives in red wine
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves crushed
1/2 onion sliced
2 tbsp. capers
1/2 cup feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vinegar, mustard and garlic. Spread on chicken.
Bake at 350 for 25- 30 minutes.
Meanwhile steam green beans to desired tenderness.
Saute onion and last minute add olives reserve. When chicken is done combine green beans with onion mixture. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with feta cheese and capers. Return to oven for 5 minutes.. Serve.
