4 chicken breast halves
2 pints of cherry tomatoes, halved
6 bunches green onions
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup rosemary
1 tbs. garlic chilie sauce
2 serrano chilies, chopped
1/2 cup red wine or to taste
Kalamata olives

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken breasts at 350º. Meanwhile saute green onions, garlic, chilie and rosemary. Add tomatoes and wine. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour on chicken and bake 8-10 minutes. Serve with red rice and lentils
