1-2 c. diced cooked ham or cooked sausage
1 bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
3 green onions, chopped
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c milk
1 c Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan. Mix the ham or cooked sausage, potatoes, onion and cheese. Spread in the pan. In a blender, mix Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt. Pour over the potato mixture and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake uncovered in a 375º oven for 45-60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

This is a great casserole for Christmas morning! Our family prefers the texture of this casserole compared to ones made with bread.
