2 Cans Tuna
1/3 Red or green pepper diced
1 Large carrot grated
3-5 Stalks of celery diced
1/2 Onion Minced fine
1 Cup shredded Cheddar
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream or plain yogurt
2 tsp Dry dill (or 2 Tbsp fresh)
Buns or sliced bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except buns. Spoon a 1/2 inch thick layer of the tuna mix onto each bun, and bake at 400 Degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serve with salad or potato wedges!
