1 Egg
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Dry mustard powder
2 tsp Minced garlic (3-4 cloves)
5 Green onions chopped
2 Tbsp Prepared horse radish sauce
1 tsp Coarse salt (i use table salt)
1/2 tsp Ground pepper
2 lbs Ground bison

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into thin wide patties to freeze. To freeze, put on parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze in a single layer. Once frozen, pop all the burgers into a freezer container. Burgers will shrink in diameter and grow in width when cooked. *Bison gets tough and dry if over-cooked! Be careful not to over-do these burgers on the BBQ!*
