2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground pork
6 cups, raw grated potatoes
2 large, white onion diced
3 tablespoons ground allspice (crushed is best, but ground is ok for this)
2 teaspoons of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, ground pork, and onion in a pan. Drain away the fat. Microwave the raw potatoes until cooked but NOT mashed. Toss everything together with allspice, salt, and pepper in a roaster. Steam and bake in oven with cover on roaster until hot. Slice into squares to serve. Don't over cook. Should be moist.

Must eat with Cranberry Relish. You need to either take out the meat grinder or use a food processor to grate the potatoes.
