1 8oz. package of cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes with mixer. Mix until well blended, then beat in the remaining ingredients. When combined place in a 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350º
