3 cup grated old cheddar cheese
2 oz. crumbled blue cheese (optional)
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced green onion
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2-3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together and then shape into a ball. Roll the ball in the walnuts and coat well. Refrigerate until firm, and wrap in waxed paper. Tastes the best with traditional Wheat Thins. This cheese ball can also be frozen.
