3 lbs. boneless, smoked turkey breast
4 lg. celery stalks
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
3 T. honey
2 t. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut turkey breast into 1" chunks. Cut celery stalks into 1/4" slices. In large bowl mix mustard, honey and vinegar. Add turkey, celery and pecans to dressing and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate if not using immediately. Serve over mixed greens.
