Pop 6 to 7 quarts of popcorn Combine and boil 5 minutes: 2 c. Brown Sugar 1 c. Margarine 1/2 c. Karo syrup When mixture has boiled 5 minutes add to 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. of vanilla (mixture will foam up)
Pour this mixture over the popcorn, mix well and spread the popcorn out on a cookie sheet and bake in a 250º oven for 1 hour, stirring 3 or 4 times while it bakes. Cool and enjoy!
