6 oz. rainbow rotelles pasta
2 sm. jars marinated artichoke hearts,
quartered
1 sm. can sliced olives
1/4 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onions
1/4 c. diced red/green peppers

Dressing:

3 T. reserved artichoke liquid
2 sm. cloves garlic, crushed
3 T. olive oil
1/8 t. pepper
2 T. red wine vinegar
salt to taste

Cook rotelles and rinse with old water. Mix all ingredients and toss with dressing.
