1 bag tri-color slaw
1/8 c. Nakano rice wine vinegar (roasted garlic)
1/8 c. apricot jam
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 t. fresh ground black pepper
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together until smooth the vinegar and jam. Add mayonnaise, pepper and salt and blend well. Pour mixture over slaw and mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Toss slaw and serve.
