Top Crumb Mixture
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
Batter
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 cups chopped rhubarb
small box of strawberry jello powder

Directions:
Directions:
Using a fork or pastry blender, combine topping mixture until it resembles crumbs. Cut margarine into dry ingredients for the batter. Beat in 1 egg and 1 cup milk. For dairy allergies, use soy, almond or coconut milk. Press into a 9 X 13 greased pan. Cover batter with 6 cups chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle the rhubarb with jello powder and then crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
