2 T. white wine vinegar
1 T. finely chopped green onion
1 1/2 t. Dijon mustard
1 T. finely chopped parsley
6 T. sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs. fresh asparagus, cooked until crisp
tender, drained and chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, green onion and parsley; whisk until well mixed. Slowly add the oil, whisking until blended. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, make a bed of lettuce leaves and arrange the asparagus spears on top. Spoon the vinaigrette over and serve cold.
