Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 cloves of garlic
Saute above ingredients

Add:
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
Spaghetti or other noodles (package)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in margarine. Add flour and milk and boil for 3 minutes. Then add cheeses.

Boil noodles of choice (egg or spaghetti) and dump the Alfredo sauce into the cooked noodles.

This is another place where you could chop up those leftover chicken or turkey dinners and add it to the pasta directly to make a great meal.
