1 can #303 sauerkraut
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic or onion salt
1 T horseradish
3 pkg. sliced cornbeef

Directions:
Directions:
Drain sauerkraut and squeeze out moisture. Soften cream cheese. Add sauerkraut, garlic salt, and horeradish to cream cheese. Mix well. Spread each slice of corn beef with cream cheese mixture. Roll up from long side. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Stick toothpicks into each piece and serve.

You may use deli sliced ham iin place of the corn beef if desired. You needn't place a toothpick in each serving--put out a container with toothpicks and let guests help themselves. Great for buffets!
