broccoli, cooked (fresh or frozen)
cauliflower, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender. Arrange in bottom of casserole pan. Mix mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheese over the mixture. Blend Bisquick with butter and top the casserole. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
