Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup rice
1/2 package of onion soup mix
1 cup chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
Mushrooms
Seasoned salt
Salt & pepper
Paprika
1/4 cup Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a 9" x 13" cake pan, place rice on the bottom of the pan, add ingredients and stir. Rub chicken with salt, pepper, seasoned salt. Place on top of soup-rice mixture. Bake at 350 covered with foil for 45 minutes and 15 minutes uncovered.

This is one of our favorite dinners. It is so simple to make. Just dump, cook, and serve with a salad and side of vegetables. Yum!
