1 small package frozen peas 1 can mushrooms butter White Sauce: 2 cups milk 1/4 cup butter 2 tbsp. flour
Cook peas, remove from heat. Saute mushrooms in butter and add to peas. White sauce: Melt butter and add flour. Allow to cook for a minute. Add milk and stir until thickened. Pour warm white sauce over peas and mushrooms.
