2 cups sour cream
1 pkg chopped spinach, thawed & drained
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
any ham lunch meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients well. Place 1/4 cup on each ham slice & roll; secure with tooth pick if necessary.
Cover with mushroom soup.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake 350º , 15 min. covered; 15 min. uncovered.
