2 okgs. crescent rolls
2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened
1 pkg. powdered Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing
3/4 cups mayonaise
3/4 cups chopped broccoli
3/4 cups cauliflower
3/4 cups carrots
3/4 cups peppers (optional)

Bake crescent rolls on pan @ 375 for 10 minutes. Be sure to stretch out dough so that the ends met and cover the cookie sheet 9x13). Spread creamed cream cheese and ranch dressing mix on cooled crescent rolls. Top with mixed veggie ingredients. Finish by adding shredded cheddar cheese. Lighty press the mixture down with your hand. Cover and refrigerate pans for at least 6 hours before serving.
