3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups zucchini, shredded
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup nuts
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Use loaf pans.
