2 lb. chicken wings

Sauce
Bring to boil:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. accent

Directions:
Directions:
Break wing at joint and use larger section (drumstick part)
Shake in mixture of flour, salt and pepper, and brown well.

Put into large pan or casserole. Cover with sauce.
Bake at 350º for 2 hours. Turn occasionally.

I've used other chicken pieces (thighs, small breasts,) and found they work just as well.

If I'm short of time, I have even skipped browning the chicken parts. Just put chicken in pan, cover with sauce and bake.
