1 C. unsweetened pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 C. honey
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp. white cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 lbs. lean pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, except ribs; simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Place ribs in a large shallow baking dish; pour sauce over ribs. Cover and marinate over night. Preheat oven to 350. Arrange ribs on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Cover; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 40 to 45 minutes longer, basting occasionally with marinade.
