2 Cups Green Beans
2 Small Carrots or 1 cup mini Carrots Cut up
2 Cups Zucchini
2 Cups Potatoes
Small amount Spinach (can use frozen, or leave it out if you like)
1 Can Red Kidney Beans, drained
1/2 Cup Red Spaghetti Sauce
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cups Cooked, small pasta

Directions:

Cook green beans until crisp to bite in to. Drain water off beans, Cover again with water & broth. Add carrots. Cook 5 - 10 min. Add Zucchini and potatoes, spinach and sauce. Simmer until vegetables are done. Add beans and let set to mingle flavors. When ready to serve, warm and add cooked pasta. (The reason you use spaghetti sauce is all of the spices are already in the sauce.)
