"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

There were certain days when family flatulence was intolerable. It happens in every family. The Peterson's are no different. This recipe could make the day memorable. I think the onion makes this recipe particularly explosive!

I remember one day when Wade was about 5. We were shopping for groceries and the proverbial "vapors" overwhelmed me. Finding and empty aisle, I just let-her-rip! Unexpectedly a man stepped around the corner with his shopping cart and headed my way. Embarrassed, all I could think to do was to look at Wade, point my finger at him as if to scold and say "Wade! Not here!" Then I briskly walked right past the man, out of the aisle and out of harm's way. Wade took it in stride. Bless his little heart! He didn't seem too concerned at the time.
