1 large spring mix and 1 European Mix (Romaine or red leaf) to equal 1 pound
4 oz Monterrey Jack cheese- coarsely shredded
1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans toasted at 350º for approx 5 min.
1 pint strawberries, sliced

STRAWBERRY SALAD DRESSING
1 c vegetable oil
3/4 c sugar (superfine is best)
1/2 c red wine vinegar
2 cloves minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 paprika
1/4 tsp gr white pepper
